Absolute Requirements

• Three car garage.
  • If all other items are checked, including a great view, then a two car garage may be acceptable.
  • A four car garage would definitely be a bonus.
• Game room large enough for a pool table and/or a ping pong table.
  • This would typically be at least 14 feet X 19 feet. The larger the better.
• Open Concept layout.
• Large modern kitchen.
• Large Master bedroom with an En Suite bathroom.
• Plenty of closet space.
• Separate laundry room.
• A room that can be used as an office.
• Need some privacy. Do not want to be on top of neighboring homes.
• Not right next to a busy highway.
• Reasonably quiet area.

Not absolute requirements, but very high on the priority list.

• Lots of light/windows.
• A great view.
  • As an example, the views from homes in the Wakefield area, on the West side.
• A porch or deck to enjoy the view.
• A treed lot.
• High ceilings in select rooms.
• A walk-in pantry next to the kitchen.
• Brick construction.
• A large lot.

Nice to have.

• A basement with room for storage and a small work shop.
• A workout room.

General comments

• Would also like to consider a home outside of a subdivision with acreage (5 to 20 acres) if it meets other requirements above.
• Slight preference for a 2 story, but a rancher or a basement rancher is acceptable.
• A pool is not a requirement, but a home with a pool is acceptable.
